Bring Your Own Bundles
This service is for customers who will be providing their own hair from another hair company. (PACK HAIR IS NOT ACCEPTED)
Wig construction will include: Bleached Knots, Customization, Construction, Co-Wash, and Styling.
All wigs comes with elastic band and wig comb for security.
Please label your bundles and separate them by lengths. 3 bundles and closure (anything after 3 bundles will be a $10 fee)
Bundles will be sent back if there are excessively cut, glue or residue on them. There will be a $10 shipping fee to ship hair back to you.
Please know your head size before selecting capsize. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for this service.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. The nature of this product is Hair extensions, Hair extensions can not be resold after being worn by the consumer. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
HPBJ is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you fail to send in your correct head measurement size. Please reach out via email if you’re needing help with the correct measurements.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right. Do not alter the original state of product if there's a mistake to avoid being charged a 30% fee. After 3 days, there will be NO correction to your order.
Before purchasing your items, please make sure your SHIPPING & BILLING address is the same, if not , you will be completely refunded.
SHIPPING POLICY
There is a 2-5 business day processing time and 1-3 day shipping time on all wig orders. Product orders typically take 3-5 business days to process and ship out. (Shipping times & Processing times are not the same)
Custom wig orders and preorders take between 14-21 business days to complete, which can vary depending on the volume of orders. During sales, please expect turnaround times to be extended.
Ready to ship units have a shipping time of 1-3 business days.
HPBJ is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed, or LOST packages once it is in USPS possession.
