Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. The nature of this product is hair extensions, hair extensions can not be resold after being worn by the consumer. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

HPBJ is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you fail to send in your correct head measurement size. Please reach out via email if you’re needing help with the correct measurements.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right. Do not alter the original state of product if there's a mistake to avoid being charged a 30% fee. After 3 days, there will be NO correction to your order.
